Refund Policy

We sell digital products (PDF ebooks) that are delivered electronically after purchase.

Digital content and withdrawal rights. Where European Union or Spanish consumer law applies, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content supplied without a tangible medium may be lost after performance begins only when the applicable legal requirements are met, including the consumer's prior express consent to begin delivery during the withdrawal period, acknowledgment that this causes the loss of the withdrawal right, and the required contractual confirmation. See, among others, Article 103(m) of Spain's Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If those requirements are not met, this policy does not limit any mandatory withdrawal, refund or guarantee rights available by law. For buyers outside the European Union, any mandatory consumer rights that apply in their jurisdiction remain unaffected.

Where digital delivery has validly begun after the required consent and acknowledgment and applicable law permits the withdrawal right to be excluded, refunds are not offered for a simple change of mind after delivery.

Technical or order issues. We will review and resolve issues such as duplicate charges, inability to access the file due to a store-side technical problem, or an incorrect, damaged or unreadable file.
